Shutdown Dates: August 10th – August 23rd, 2026 

To help you plan your upcoming projects, please review how this impacts your orders: 

Order Deadline: Please order before next Wednesday, August 5th to be included on our last stock order before the shut down. 

In-Stock Items: Orders for items physically stocked in our warehouse or at our Canadian or American vendors (including most Dekkor, Niagara Knobs + Pulls, Amerock, Rocheleau, Top Knobs and select Viefe and Giusti products) will ship normally. 

Website Indicators: Items marked "ships same day/next day" are unaffected.  Canadian and American vendors marked "Typically ships in 1-2 weeks" are unaffected. Amerock, Top Knobs and Rochelau will still have a 1-2 week shipping time.

Expected Delays: Viefe and Giusti products marked "Typically ships in 1-2 weeks" will face fulfillment delays until late August or early September. 

Customer Support: You may continue to place orders throughout the shutdown period. Our team will review each submission and provide you with an updated, realistic shipping timeline.
